INSPIRED BY SAND AND SEA AT Z GALLERIE

Even though Z Gallerie stores may be a little hard to come by, I am always on their website to see what's new. I really like this new collection "Inspired by Sand and Sea". It's filled with gorgeous colors and finishes.

The aquamarine Brighton sofa is gorgeous. The color is soft and elegant and the sofa style is much the same. This piece would be perfect for a sitting room or slightly more formal room.

 

 

 

Z Gallerie also has the Brighton style in the color Moonbeam. This color is a very soft, slightly taupish grey tone. I think this would be lovely and possibly easier to match with your current decor. 

If you love the elegance of these upholstered pieces, you'll probably also fall in love with this Pascual Coffee table with its metallic champagne finish and antiqued mirrors. 

For coordinating accessories, you'll love the Cielo Candelabra, Deja Vu Pillow and the Montego Frames.

Great interior ideas in Chicago

I just returned from spending a few days with my sister in Chicago. We met in Schaumburg and had a wonderful time shopping. Between the mall, all the stores and the huge IKEA, we could hardly walk at the end of our couple days.

While looking around I snapped a few pics to save in my "inspiration" file. I thought I'd share them with you!

This was a display at IKEA that I loved. Someday I'm going to have a library just like this.....full of design books!

This was a really nice combination. The glass tiles worked wonderfully with the dark granite and cabinetry colors.

I also thought this was a great looking kitchen. The black cabinetry makes the kitchen very modern and sleek however the lighter granite definitely softens the look and keeps it from looking too harsh.

Unfortunately it seems like so many of the ZGallerie stores have closed. While at the Woodfield Mall I was able to visit one and was thrilled with what I found.

This Sequoia Dining Table was stunning. What a statement piece!

 

 

 

This Chisel Glassware was also fabulous. I'd love to have this for holiday parties.

Years ago there was a Z Gallerie store in the St. Louis Galleria but unfortunately it closed. I arrived in Cleveland and learned that their Z Gallerie store has also closed. :(  Guess I'll just have to shop online. 

Thought I'd share some of my favorite new finds!!!

Don't you love this Labyrinth Dinnerware? This salad plate would be a great accent piece for white dinnerware.

This Pierre chair is a gorgeous shade of Aubergine with nail head trim.

The Waterloo Dining Chair is on sale! I'm a sucker for anything tufted and the pewter color is great.

I love the texture of these Addison frames. They start at $12.95.
