Fallingwater Colors from PPG

If you’re a fan of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater like I am, you’re going to love the Fallingwater paint palette from PPG

Fallingwater, the amazing home located in the Allegheny Mountains in Southwestern Pennsylvania was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1935. This home was built as a mountain retreat for the Edgar J. Kaufmann family.

PPG created this collection of 13 different shades from the amazing hues seen throughout this famous home and its surroundings. Lynda Waggoner Vice President and Director of Fallingwater describes these colors as “restful yet intense”.

Ready to take a look at these great colors?

Looking for more information on this famous home?

If you've never been, I recommend you make a trip of it. It really is a sight to see!

DRY ERASE COATING FOR YOUR WALLS

It all started with black chalkboard paint. I was designing it into craft rooms, scrapbook rooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, kids' rooms and more. What a great way to make special notes, list menus or even leave a funny drawing. After this came even more excitement with chalkboard paint in COLOR!

Well, now we can have even more fun!
Sherwin Williams has gone a step further and has a Dry Erase Coating!

Just think of the possibilities with this product in kids' rooms, craft rooms and more! It's a simple coating that should be applied by a professional painter that simply turns your painted wall into a dry erase board! Brilliant! It goes right on top of your color and wipes clean with no "ghosting".

Go ahead and let your kiddos draw on the wall with this fun coating!
