Hi! I'm Lisa! I am
a lover of home decor, party planning, holiday decorating and more. I
live with my husband and dog in Cleveland, Ohio.We spend time outdoors
taking in the beautiful scenery here, exercising and enjoying
Cleveland's great restaurants.
I've
been an interior designer for ten years. After completing my schooling
in St. Louis, I spent time trying my hand at several aspects of design;
from commercial, to aircraft design, design of custom cabinetry and of
course residential design. I love, love, love residential design! Going
into someone's home and making it a truly special place for them is the
ultimate reward. I'm the type of designer who doesn't mind getting her
hands dirty, loves a great sale and I also love hitting up the
occasional garage sale.
Feng Shui is also important to me.
I love reading books on this subject and learning as much as I can.
Making a room look wonderful is just a piece of the pie. Living and
feeling wonderful in that space is the ultimate reward.
While
I don't consider myself a writer, I love sharing my ideas with you. I
like to write like I'm chatting with a girlfriend so it's easy and quick
to read, yet fun and inspiring.
