Happy Fourth of July Everyone!!!!!

I'm sure many of you are planning family get-togethers and barbecues. My parents are coming to visit and I'm preparing some foods to barbecue. One of my favorite desserts is super easy and I have to share it with you. After you've had dinner, head back out the grill for dessert. Take some ripe peaches and cut them into 1" chunks. I then put these on a skewer. I'll fill several skewers and then place these on top of a sheet of aluminum foil sprayed with non-stick coating and then grill for only a couple minutes turning a few times. You just want to warm the peaches and get a little color on them. Once they're done use a fork to slide the peaches off into a bowl, then I spoon some of the juice from the foil on and top it off with a dollop of whipped topping. It's fabulous and really easy.
